Return Policy

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if you received the wrong size or color, or if you received damaged merchandise, we will be happy to refund your money within 15 days, or exchange for store credit within 30 days after the delivery date.

We return and exchange only the items purchased from or We cannot accept returns and exchange for items purchase through retail stores. Please, contact the retailer for their return and exchange policy. All returns and exchanges are subject to authorization by the sales manager.

Upon approval, a Return/Exchange Authorization Number will be issued to the Customer. Returns and Exchange without the Authorization Number cannot be proceed. Please fill in our RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM, and include it with your return. All merchandise must be returned unwashed, unworn and with the ticket attached in original packaging.

Items marked as “final sale” cannot be exchanged or returned. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

We suggest that you send your return with a delivery confirmation and tracking number.

We are not responsible for any items lost in shipping.
